Mission Statement

MEET THE THERAPIST
As a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
from Wayne State University, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
from Eastern Michigan University. My professional experience spans working within the
community and criminal justice system, where I provide essential mental health services
to both men and women.
My areas of specialization encompass a wide range of mental health concerns,
including depression, anxiety, self-harm, antisocial disorder, substance abuse, PTSD,
schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. In my practice, I
draw upon a solid foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I
complement with motivational interviewing techniques and an array of diverse
theoretical approaches. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of
each individual client, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment experience.
Above all, my dedication lies in empowering individuals to navigate their mental health
challenges and facilitating their journey toward achieving positive mental health
outcomes.
